Job Title: ARC/MIG Welder

Location: Ecotech 12, Greater Noida

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Qualification: Diploma / Graduation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ARC/MIG Welder to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing welding tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality fabrication and assembly of metal components according to technical drawings and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ARC and MIG welding operations on various metal components and assemblies.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
  • Set up welding machines and adjust settings as per material and job requirements.
  • Inspect and test welded surfaces to identify and correct defects.
  • Maintain welding tools, equipment, and work area in good working condition.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
  • Perform basic grinding, cutting, and finishing of welded parts.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and ARC (Shielded Metal Arc) welding techniques.
  • Knowledge of metal fabrication, welding procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to handle welding tools and machines with accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Good teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma/Graduation in Mechanical or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a MIG/ARC Welder in a manufacturing or fabrication industry.
  • Certification in welding will be an added advantage.
