Job Profile:
We are looking for a AI Coach with proven experience and expertise in handling Projects, Clients and Team with the great level of ease and inspiring confidence. You’ll be enthusiastic with a positive attitude, dedication and willingness to work hard. The position will include a lot of interaction with foreign clients and diverse cross functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

**Research, Training and Development**
- Design and deliver AI-focused training programs, workshops, and courses for employees at all levels.
- Develop learning paths to enhance AI literacy and skills tailored to different roles.
- Provide hands-on coaching for teams adopting AI tools and technologies in their workflows.

**AI Mentorship**:

- Define and execute the AI strategy roadmap, identifying key opportunities for AI transformation.
- Guide employees in understanding and implementing AI solutions for real-world challenges.
- Offer personalized feedback and support to foster continuous improvement.

**Collaboration and Support**:

- Ability to identify AI Generative AI opportunities and use cases
- Work closely with department heads to identify AI skill gaps and align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide insights into AI adoption and best practices.

**Content Creation**:

- Create knowledge repositories and documentation for self-paced learning.

**Performance Monitoring**:

- Assess the effectiveness of AI training programs and refine them based on feedback and outcomes.
- Track employee progress and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

**AI Advocacy**:

- Act as a champion for AI adoption within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Stay updated on AI trends, tools, and technologies, and share relevant knowledge with employees.

Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience working in AI, machine learning, or related technologies.
- Proven track record of delivering training programs or coaching in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred**
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional design.
- Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible AI practices, and emerging AI trends.
- Certification in AI or machine learning (e.g., Google AI, AWS AI, or equivalent).
