**Job Title: Online Ayurveda Doctor**

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kayachikitsa Specialist to join our team of online doctors. As a Kayachikitsa Specialist, you will provide comprehensive Ayurvedic medical consultations and treatments through our telemedicine platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Ayurvedic principles, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies, along with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients remotely.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct online consultations with patients seeking Ayurvedic treatment for various health concerns.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical history, current symptoms, and lifestyle factors to formulate personalized treatment plans.
- Provide expert advice on Ayurvedic diet, lifestyle modifications, and herbal remedies to promote holistic healing.
- Prescribe Ayurvedic medications, herbal formulations, and therapeutic procedures based on individual patient needs.
- Monitor patients' progress regularly and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare practices and empower them to take charge of their well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records of patient consultations and treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Ayurvedic medicine and integrate evidence-based practices into clinical care.
- Adhere to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines governing telemedicine practice.

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Medicine (MD), Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 10 years of clinical experience in the field of Ayurvedic medicine, with a specialization in Kayachikitsa (Internal Medicine).
- Valid medical license or registration to practice Ayurvedic medicine.
- Profound knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, diagnostic methods, and treatment modalities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to empathetically engage with patients.
- Comfortable using telemedicine platforms and digital tools for remote consultations.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on holistic healing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
