**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons for middle or high school students, following the prescribed curriculum and syllabus for math (algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, etc.).
- Use a variety of teaching methods, such as direct instruction, collaborative learning, and project-based learning, to engage students.
- Create and utilize teaching materials, including worksheets, activities, and multimedia resources, to enhance student learning.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a conducive and positive classroom environment that encourages participation, respect, and a growth mindset.
- Establish and maintain clear rules and expectations for student behavior, ensuring a productive learning environment.
- Handle classroom disruptions professionally and promote a culture of mutual respect and responsibility.
- **Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:

- Regularly assess students' understanding of math concepts through quizzes, tests, assignments, and informal assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance and areas for improvement.
- Track students' progress over time, maintaining accurate records of their academic development and sharing results with parents or guardians.
- **Individualized Instruction and Support**:

- Identify students who are struggling with specific math concepts and provide additional support or remediation.
- Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of students with varying abilities, including gifted students and those requiring extra help.
- **Collaboration with Colleagues**:

- Participate in regular staff meetings, departmental meetings, and teacher training sessions to enhance teaching practices.
- **Parent and Guardian Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents about student progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences and provide insights on how students can improve their math skills at home.
- Engage parents in supporting their child’s learning by providing additional resources or assignments for practice.
- **Maintaining Educational Standards**:

- Stay up to date with the latest developments in math education, including new teaching methods, tools, and technology.
- Implement innovative approaches to make math engaging and relevant for students.
- **Extracurricular Involvement**:

- May be asked to help organize or supervise extracurricular activities such as math clubs, math competitions, or tutoring sessions.
- Participate in school events such as open houses or orientation programs for parents and students.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
