**Assist in Stock Exchange online filing of Company** Maintaining secretarial records of the listed Company / group Companies

**Assisting in preparation of Annual Report of the Company and Group Companies** Preparation of minutes of all group Companies

**To ensure the compliances of Listing Regulations, SEBI guidelines, Companies Act, 2013**

Assist in preparing and filing annual returns and financial statements and other forms with regulatory authorities

**To assist in conduct of Board Meetings/ Committees Meetings/ Banker’s Meeting** Maintain statutory books and registers, including the register of members, directors

**Any other day to day work and other assignment of Secretarial and Legal from time to time.**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
