The Company Secretary Trainee will assist with tasks such as preparing and filing legal documents, maintaining statutory books and records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, coordinating board meetings, and drafting meeting minutes. The trainee will also conduct research on corporate governance issues and support the team in providing secretarial advice to clients.QualificationsKnowledge of corporate laws and regulatory complianceAbility to work independently and remotelyPursuing or completed a degree in Company Secretaryship, Law, or related fieldAttention to detail and a proactive attitudeThe candidate should not have a professional attempt scheduled for December 2025Please send your CV to: communications@ndm.net.in
