**Key Responsibilities**
- **PPC Campaign Management**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and social media.
- Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and adjust campaigns to ensure optimal ROI and conversions.
- **Paid Marketing**:

- Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across various platforms, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
- Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- **Marketing Automation**:

- Set up and manage marketing automation workflows using tools like **Go High Level** or similar platforms.
- Segment audiences, nurture leads, and personalize campaigns for maximum engagement.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- **Collaboration & Strategy**:

- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and developers to align digital marketing strategies.
- Contribute to overall digital strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in an agency environment.
- Expertise in PPC management, including **Google AdWords** and social media advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like **Go High Level** or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with **paid marketing campaigns** and managing budgets effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and other performance tracking software.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in **Google Ads**, **HubSpot**, or other relevant tools.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
