**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and engaging designs for print and digital media including brochures, flyers, social media posts, website graphics, and other marketing collateral.
- Work closely with the team to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Conceptualize and design marketing campaigns that align with the brand's vision and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to ensure that all designs are modern and relevant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and development teams to ensure that all designs meet the brand's standards.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Edit and retouch photos as required.
- Manage and organize all design files and assets.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a graphics designer.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A strong portfolio showcasing skills in graphic design for both print and digital media.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
