Position
- System Administrator

Location - Trivandrum,

Exp - 2-3 yrs

NP- immediate to 30 days

**Essential Duties/ Responsibilities**

1. Work in a highly collaborative environment with internal teams, customers and partners.

3. Proven track record of around 3yrs in IT services role (customer facing) as solutions architect, systems engineer, IT consultant etc.

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, and proven negotiation techniques.

5. Great relationship building skills and presentation skills.

6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities.

**7. **Installation configuration and support of Windows and Linux/Unix systems**

8. Experience on RDBMS and NoSQL database management on Linux/Unix and Windows platforms will be a plus.

10. Windows Active directory day to day management and administration

11. Knowledge in data centre and desktop virtualization

12. Basic installation procedures and troubleshooting of generic IT Hardware.

**13. **Certification on any of the following is a must - Cloud (AWS Prefered), RHCE, MCSE, VCP, OCP**

**Service Delivery -**

1. Help desk support to ensure that end user problems are resolved in a timely and effective manner, enabling users to access needed information and utilize technology resources effectively.

2. Inventory management and tracking of all IT assets.

3. **Should work on shift may support 24/7 on rotation if required.**

4. Process adherence and ensure organizations security compliance.

**Salary**: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
