We are searching for a polite, professional callcenter representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our services.

**Responsibilities**:
Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers Manage inbound/ outbound customer calls in a timely manner Generate leads that develop into new customers

CallCenter Executive Skills and Qualifications: Phone Skills, Listening, People Skills, Informing, Customer Focus, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Multi-tasking.
