**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, coordinate with vendors for purchases.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Assist senior management with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and internal records.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in office coordination/administration.
- **Location**: Must be located in or around **Zirakpur**.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
