**Job Description**:
**WHAT THE POSITION IS EXPECTED TO DO **
- Ensure creation of a healthy sales funnel, tendering, bid management, and pipeline generation across the product lines.
- Strategise and execute a clear marketing & communication strategy for Titagarh, across its product lines and geographies, thereby create market visibility and presence.
- Build and sustain market relations at all levels with concerned Government and non-government bodies, and private clients, bureaucrats and diplomats. Map and network with all concerned decision makers and ensure cordial and rewarding.
- Partner with the Engineering team & Sales team to prepare bid proposals, and addressing tender stage specifications and presenting technical proposals. Successfully contribute in RFQ handling, CRM and enquiry tracking, for all standard and nonstandard products.
- Defining customised solutions for various clients, creating and driving the value proposition, addressing the specific project challenges. Act as the brand ambassador for Titagarh, representing it at the highest level, across forums and verticals.
- Responsible for complete P&L, driving sales growth and profitability while keeping customer experience at the core, strengthening brand and category awareness.
- Passionate about developing people - Consistently built strong teams, created a framework to enhance team engagement, overall performance and developed competency-based processes to grow internal talent.
- Forecast and plan the revenue growth on rolling basis for next 5 years based on likely market evolution in a highly challenging and regulated business environment.
- Management of all stakeholders in the ecosystem for sustainable and uninterrupted business growth.
- This role shall report to the Vice Chairman/Managing Director.

**SKILLS REQUIRED** - Product management, Business Development,Customer Acquisition, Digital Marketing, New Products introduction, Market research, Revenue forecasting, Industry representation, Key stakeholders' management. Ability to handle multiple stake holders, Team management skills, Leadership by action, Go-to-market approach, Ability to upsell product quality and value over/ alongside price.

**DESIRED EDUCATION** - BE (Mechanical or Electrical), with a Business Management degree in Marketing or International Trade.

**EXPERIENCE & EXPOSURE** - Min 18-27 years of experience, into Strategic business growth, P&L Management, Sales, Business Development and Branding, preferably in the Rolling Stock/ Railways industry.

**INTERNAL KEY INTERFACES** - CXOs, All HoDs.

**EXTERNAL KEY INTERFACES** - Ministries, Bureaucrats, Directors & CXOs with private clients, Senior Officials in Railways, Metros.
