Junior Draftsman

**Job description** Greetings, "We're hiring. Join us" **Job Summary** **Roles & Responsibilities**: - Prepare and revise P&ID drawings, GA drawings, and layout diagrams as per project requirements and industry standards. - Collaborate with process engineers and project teams to understand system requirements and translate them into accurate technical drawings. - Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and ensure proper documentation as per internal protocols - Interpret technical specifications, datasheets, and process flow diagrams (PFDs). - Ensure drawing accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards. - Coordinate with other departments to incorporate any design changes - Ensure timely submission of drawings for internal and client approvals. - Participate in internal project meetings & reviews as required. **Technical Skills**: - Proficiency in Auto CAD (2D drafting is a must). - Familiarity with P&ID standards, symbols, and drafting practices. - Basic knowledge of process equipment, valves, instrumentation, and piping components. **Soft Skills**: - Strong attention to detail. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Willingness to learn and grow within the design team. **Qualification** ITI / Diploma/ BE/ BTech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent **Required Skill Set** Fluent is AutoCAD **Min. Exp.** 1-2 years of relevant experience in preparing P&ID and mechanical drawings.
