**Responsibilities**:

- Generate complex drawings and layouts with precision, utilizing AutoCAD software.
- Revise and update existing drawings reflecting design changes in collaboration with the project team to ensure consistent documentation of the project.
- Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and designers to understand project requirements, providing technical advice and support as needed.
- Implement and maintain drafting standards and procedures to ensure consistency across all projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior draftsmen, improving team skills and overall performance.
- Manage and archive drawings and documentation in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
- Stay updated with new CAD technologies and software to improve the efficiency and quality of drawings.
- Participate in project meetings, offering insights from a drafting perspective to ensure design feasibility and resource efficiency.

**Job Requirements**:

- Associate’s degree or certification in AutoCAD, drafting, engineering technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman in [specify industry, if applicable].
- Profound knowledge of CAD software, specifically AutoCAD, and familiarity with other design software (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of drafting techniques, engineering concepts, and terminology relevant to [your industry].
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot potential errors and inconsistencies in drawings.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
