Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Present, promote and sell product (Sago) in the wholesale market. (Field work)
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Generate customer leads on field.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
- Any Bachelor’s degree / 12th Pass or Freshers.
- Strong communication Skills (Hindi, English (Basic) and Local language.)
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tumkur, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
