Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties & Responsibilities Approximate % of Time
Prep cases for research (e.g., review and confirm document attachment, profile
requirements are met, etc.) 50%
Amend and file payroll tax returns for multi-state tax entities. 10%
As part of the Amendment research process, reconcile QTD & YTD tax amounts
withheld, reported, and deposited on quarterly and annual basis. 10%
Aid business units on payroll tax related inquires 5%
Maintain and update Amendment cases in Salesforce with resolution progress
including communication to customers 20%
Assist with various projects as assigned 5%

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Ability to negotiate positive resolutions with customers and payroll tax agencies
- Proficient working with multiple systems and tools to perform job functions
- Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment
- Customer Service skills (e.g., setting and meeting expectations, care & empathy, follow up, etc.)
- Good oral and written communication skills and above average administrative skills
- Excellent analytical and follow up skills
- Good time management skills in order to meet production and aging goals
- Professionalism - demonstrated ability to interact professionally with others
