Freshers for banking voice collection process
Eligibility Criteria**:Graduates** are preferred.
Compensation and Benefit:
**Tamil + English : INR 16000(CTC) in Hand INR 13873.**
**Malayalam + Hindi + English : INR 17000(CTC) in Hand INR 14590**
Incentives will be provided from the 2nd month of their joining (based on performance).
Career path: Every 6 months increase in salary hike (based on performance).
Working hours**: 8 Am - 5:30 PM** (currently working);
Week offs **Dynamic rotational Five-Day work week**.
**No Employment Bond** is applicable to the employees.
- Only Non-Disclosure Agreement (Confidentiality NDA) for all banking processes to be signed on the Joining date &
- Mandatory 30 Days’ Notice Period unless approved for early exit by reporting authority.
- However, there shall be a Training Agreement for 6 months for a Banking Certification called DRA Exam from (IIBF) Indian Institute of Banking & Finance; Details pertaining the same shall be updated during the offer process.
- Health Insurance (3 Lakhs) & Accidental rider Insurance (10 Lakhs).

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
