Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages, making appointments, ordering office supplies, etc
- Handling and managing calendar schedules of management, making copies of required documents for the meetings, making travel arrangements, booking hotels and conference rooms, arranging for audio-video equipment for the meetings
- Liaisoning with internal and external agencies for smooth administrative functioning
**Requirements**:
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with visitors, staff, and callers.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in handling appointments, records, and correspondence.
Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), to perform administrative tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
