**Job Purpose**

To ensure timely development and smooth operations of Digital B2B platform (APP) used for postpaid activations. This role is responsible for all key development and operations activities such as business stakeholder management, partner coordination for various development and test activities. Preproduction readiness, production rollouts and post production support across PAN India.**
**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Manage the entire development & operations cycle starting from the requirements gathering till production support
- Displays technical leadership and oversight of implementation and deployment planning, system integration, ongoing data validation processes, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainability of technical solutions
- Coordinate architecture solutions between teams and solves potential differences between teams
- Responsible for ensuring the technical consistency of solutions in the team with the technical architecture
- Manages analysis and approval of new code through security and performance gates that you will design and develop for feature-complete software. Be an advocate for security and performance standards in the organization.
- Co-ordinate with business users, internal IT teams, service partners to ensure timely closure of all the critical issues.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Strong Business Acumen, including with an in depth understanding of contribution of digital experience to business strategy.
- Strong Technology Acumen and ability to find solutions to business problems through technical knowledge and innovative thinking.
- Experience with Mobile App, App development technologies for both Android and iOS.
- Expert in mobile apps integration and working of mobile apps, Integration of complex Enterprise systems.
- Deep experience of Agile development and expert in modern Devops process, tools and technologies like Jenkins, maven, Nexus etc.
- Expert on cloud native architecture including public cloud PaaS/IaaS, Microservices architecture and modular APIs.
- Expert of 3rd party integrations and developing one stop solution like sdk’s, pwa’s etc.
- Should have understanding of BRS, FRS, Solution documents and wireframing tools.
- Strong understanding of operations management.
- Strong verbal, written communication skills along with good interpersonal skills and analysis skills

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information Systems or other related field.
- 7 or more years of experience in IT/Technology out of which min. 2 years’ experience in Digital (Mobile App) development/ Operations. for mid-large scale enterprise.
- Understanding experience in technologies like JAVA, Microservices, REST, CICD tools, Continuous testing, test automation (SOAPUI) and continuous monitoring is needed.
- Expertise in digital security and privacy guidelines and design best practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools/processes
