**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop detailed 3D models, textures, lighting, and animations for a variety of digital experiences
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to bring concepts to life in a visually compelling way
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all models and animations meet technical and aesthetic standards
- Optimize models and assets for real-time rendering, performance, and compatibility across platforms
- Work with other artists, designers, and technical directors to implement feedback and iterate on designs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques, incorporating them into the production pipeline

**Required Skills**:

- 3+ years of experience in 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Knowledge of modeling, UV mapping, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques. Experience with real-time rendering engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) is a plus
- Strong sense of design and a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and composition
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical challenges
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills
