**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Campaign Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and food delivery platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash).
- Create targeted campaigns that resonate with our audience segments, including food enthusiasts, health-conscious consumers, and convenience seekers.
- Collaborate with the creative and culinary teams to produce engaging and appetizing ad creatives that align with our brand and product offerings.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, focusing on key metrics such as conversion rates, CPA, ROAS, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Use data insights to refine targeting, optimize ad spend, and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Present regular performance reports to the marketing team and senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- **E-commerce and Online Ordering Optimization**:
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns to drive traffic and sales on our e-commerce platform and third-party food delivery apps.
- Work with the product team to enhance the online ordering experience and improve conversion rates.
- Develop strategies to increase repeat purchases and customer loyalty through retargeting and personalized marketing.
- **A/B Testing and Continuous Improvement**:
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional offers to identify the most effective tactics.
- Implement learnings from tests to continuously optimize campaigns for better performance.
- **SEO, SEM, and Local Search**:
- Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure that paid and organic search strategies are aligned and mutually reinforcing.
- Manage local search campaigns to drive foot traffic to physical locations (if applicable).
- Stay updated on the latest SEM best practices and food industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Budget Management**:
- Effectively manage and allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI across all channels.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to ensure the efficient use of marketing resources.
- **Market Research and Consumer Insights**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities in the food sector.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales, product development, and culinary teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- [3-5+] years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in the food industry or consumer goods sector.
- Proven experience managing successful PPC, social media, and e-commerce campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools for campaign analysis and reporting.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and local search strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with food delivery platforms and e-commerce.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or related digital marketing certifications.
- Experience in B2C marketing, particularly in the food and beverage industry.
