- Job Role - CNC Machine Operator_
- Location - ESR Taloja Industrial & Logistics Park, B-04C, Usatane, Khoni Taloja Road, Taluka - Ambernath_
- **What is the profile of CNC Machine Operator?Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, and orthographic drawings._
- _Takes inventory by checking stock to determine the amount available, anticipated stock, and placing orders._
- _Programs mills and lathes by entering instructions, including zero and reference points._
- _Sets-up mills and lathes by installing and adjusting three
- and four-jaw chucks, tools, and attachments._
- _Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position._
- _Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces._
- _Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing operations._
- _Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations._
- _Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements._
- _Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions._
- _Documents actions by completing production and quality logs._
- _Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities_.
- **Where is your office located, what are the shift timings & what are the work offs?**_Location -ESR Taloja Industrial & Logistics Park, B-04C, Usatane, Khoni Taloja Road, Taluka - Ambernath_
- Shift Timings - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (9 hours)_
- Working Days - Mon to Sat_
