**Supervisor - Steel Plant, Ingur (Erode)**

**Location: Ingur, Erode, Tamil Nadu**

**Employment Type: Full-Time**

**Salary: ₹17,500 - ₹25,000 per month**

**Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Metallurgy/ Diploma in Mechanical / BE.Mech**

**Experience: Minimum 0-5 years of relevant experience in a steel plant or heavy industrial environment**

**Key requirements**:
**- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in melting alloys for casting or further processing.**

**- Ensure melting procedures meet metallurgical and safety standards.**

**- Schedule and monitor furnace operations including loading, melting, alloying, and pouring.**

**- Inspect equipment and troubleshoot issues related to furnaces, crucibles, ladles, and temperature controls.**

**- Maintain accurate production and material usage records.**

**- Train and mentor furnace operators and support staff on proper melting techniques and safety protocols.**

**- Monitor raw material input (scrap metals, alloying agents) and ensure proper alloy composition through sampling and analysis.**

**- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, including proper handling of molten metal and waste.**

**- Coordinate with Quality Control to verify that melted alloys meet required chemical compositions and specifications.**

**- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve process efficiency.**

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
