A leading dairy farm equipment supplier, helping organizations with testing instruments which are used for dairy testing and food safety.

**Responsibilities**:
**Job Purpose**: The role would involve leveraging the organization’s existing business, grow organically and penetrate newer markets & territories. As the Business Leader, the incumbent would bring in the ability to drive the High-Performance Products business to achieve growth trajectory.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and execute a growth plan for their dairy business - thereby increasing revenue generation
- Implementation of the mission, vision and values of the organization including the deliverance of high quality, customer-focused care as per modern day standards
- The person will be responsible for setting and following standards for excellence in operations, implementing policies and procedures & leveraging synergies among the business areas for further growth
- Hands on experience in Liasoning and dealing with government institutions
- Responsible for managing and motivating a large team dispersed in rural areas and ensuring their targets are met
- Experience in procuring business through tender projects and more focus on rural sales
- Experience of handling After Sales market and consumable sale as it contributes 40% - 45% of revenue
- Responsible for supervising all Heads of Departments through performance and quality management systems
- Adept in Value based selling to benefit the customer throughout the process which helps in developing the brand in the market
- Adept in managing of B2B (Corporates, Cooperative, etc.), leading sales, client-relationship management, building and engaging major accounts and external customers
- Oversee the financial stability and consistent growth in revenue through sound financial management; Responsible for development, implementation and monitoring of budgets to ensure optimal resources allocation and usage
- Responsible for dynamic management of Human resource to ensure cost efficiency, high productivity, good employee relation, job satisfaction and high staff retention
- Ensure compliance of all regulatory, statutory and quality standard requirements

**Qualification**:

- Graduate degree preferably in Engineering, MBA will be an added advantage
- 15 - 18 years of experience with an exposure of managing assignment at national level
- Proven track record of increasing margins and improving P&L by expanding business, driving efficiencies, etc.
- Age between 40 to 45 years
