**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage social media platforms and day-to-day activities.
- Manage presence on social networking sites.
- Brand advocacy (Find bloggers, forums, and influencers to work with).
- Write editorial content, create and upload videos to Facebook, and Instagram.
- Develop benchmark metrics to measure the results of social media programs.
- Analyze and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies.
- Report on effectiveness of campaigns.
- Monitor trends in social media.
- Monitor the activities of main competitors in social media.
- Monitor social space for brand and related topics and conversations.
- Understand how social media impacts search traffic.
- Ability to create cutting-edge social media and digital marketing content.
- Bachelor's degree in any stream. Postgraduate in marketing or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Expert knowledge of social media marketing, including paid and organic channels.
- Creative eye for design and video content. Bachelor's degree in digital marketing will be preferred.
- 1-3 years of working experience in digital marketing. Freshers also can consider. Good Communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

**Salary**: ₹230,713.00 - ₹284,462.00 per year
