**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.

2. Create compelling content including posts, articles and graphics tailored to the LinkedIn audience.

3. Manage the LinkedIn content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with company objectives.

4. Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions on LinkedIn in a timely and professional manner.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features and best practices on LinkedIn and incorporate them into our strategy.

7. Use analytics tools to track key performance metrics and generate reports on the effectiveness of our LinkedIn efforts.

8. Identify opportunities for growth and optimization and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

9. Stay informed about industry news, competitor activities and relevant topics to inform content creation and engagement strategies.

10. Continuously evaluate and adjust our social media approach based on performance insights and evolving trends.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Diploma in Digital Marketing.

2. Proven experience managing social media accounts with a focus on LinkedIn.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content.

4. Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.

5. Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual design and storytelling.

6. Experience with social media management tools and scheduling platforms.

**Experience**: Minimum 1 Year or Fresher can also apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
