**Job Summary**:The Social Media Specialist plays a crucial role in creating and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive audience growth. This role involves content creation, community management, analytics, and staying updated with social media trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**: Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.

**Community Engagement**: Monitor and engage with the online community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly in a brand-appropriate voice.

**Social Media Strategy**: Assist in developing social media strategies aligned with marketing goals, including campaign planning and execution.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze social media metrics, derive insights, and prepare reports to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.

**Trend Identification**: Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and new platforms, proposing innovative ideas to reach and engage target audiences.

**Collaboration**: Coordinate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall brand messaging and campaigns.

**Paid Social**: Assist in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns, understanding targeting, budgeting, and optimization techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to drive strategies.

**Duration and Benefits**:
