Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team at Antier Solutions. This is an internship for freshers who are eager to gain experience in a leading blockchain consulting firm. The position is located in Mohali and is a full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about social media trends and how they can be used to drive brand awareness.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Community Engagement (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to actively engage and foster community interactions across multiple social media platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Experience in managing and creating content for social media profiles including scheduling and oversight of posts.
  • Trend Analysis: Ability to track and analyze current trends to innovate and improve content strategy.
  • Audience Targeting: Expertise in identifying and targeting specific audiences to improve reach and engagement.
  • Content Scheduling: Proficiency in effectively planning and scheduling content in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Brand Awareness: Adept at using content marketing strategies to enhance brand perception and visibility.
  • Influencer Outreach: Experience in identifying and collaborating with influencers to extend reach and building brand partnerships.
  • Strong Written Communication: Excellent communication skills for crafting compelling and clear messages across various platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in brainstorming and executing creative ideas for social media to engage and expand our digital community.
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts, including posting content and responding to followers in a timely manner.
  • Conduct research on social media trends and emerging platforms that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies that align with company goals.
  • Help in creating comprehensive social media performance reports and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Participate in outreach to influencers to build fruitful partnerships that enhance brand image and awareness.
  • Support in the planning and execution of social media campaigns targeting specific audiences and objectives.
  • Contribute to maintaining brand consistency across all social media channels with appropriate messaging and graphics.
