**Telecaller Executive at Richman Advisory**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to potential and existing customers to inform them about the services using scripts or interpersonal skills.
- Understanding the details of each client/case and stay updated on new developments, rates and industry norms.
- Answer questions, address uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions in a timely manner.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, maintain data of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
- Attend regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

**Required Skills**:

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection, receive criticism, and resolve issues.
- Capacity to switch communication styles
- Positive attitude, resilience, and motivated

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a tele caller or in a similar sales/customer service role preferable but not mandate.
- English and Hindi language proficiency is mandate.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (required)
- English (required)
