**Job Title**: Tele Sales Executive

**Experience: 0 to 2 years**

**Working Hours**:

- Work-from-Home (WFH): 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Work-from-Office (WFO): 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Alternate Saturday’s off)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate and manage outbound calls to students to discuss their higher education goals.
- Provide detailed information about our services and guide students through the options available.
- Address any queries from students and parents regarding the programs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory.
- **Freshers** and **experienced** individuals are both encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in tele sales or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
