**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and motivated **Influencer Marketing & Video Editor Intern** to join our dynamic marketing team at **Coderwing** in **Indore**. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing as well as video editing. You will assist in managing influencer partnerships, creating engaging video content, and tracking campaign performance. This is a perfect opportunity for someone passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and video production.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Influencer Marketing Responsibilities**:

- **Influencer Research**: Help identify and research influencers across social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) who align with the brand’s values and target audience.
- **Campaign Strategy**: Assist in developing influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- **Content Collaboration**: Work closely with influencers to create content that is on-brand, including product features, unboxing videos, and sponsored posts.
- **Campaign Tracking**: Assist in tracking influencer content, social media engagement, and campaign results, using tools like Google Analytics and Instagram Insights.
- **Reporting**: Help prepare regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion.

**Video Editing Responsibilities**:

- **Video Creation**: Edit video content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, ) and other marketing materials to align with the company’s brand identity.
- **Post-Production**: Work with raw footage, adding effects, transitions, music, and graphics to create polished and engaging videos.
- **Content Optimization**: Optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring proper aspect ratios, captions, and engaging thumbnails.
- **Creative Input**: Suggest new video ideas, formats, and editing styles that will appeal to the target audience and enhance brand visibility.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in influencer marketing, video production, and social media trends.
- Basic video editing skills with proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and knowledge of video optimization for each.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A creative and proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing and social media trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience editing videos for social media platforms or creating content on YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, animations, and video effects (e.g., After Effects).
- Knowledge of influencer marketing tools like BuzzSumo, HypeAuditor, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing or working with social media accounts or influencers.
- Previous internships or projects related to digital marketing, video production, or influencer marketing.
