**IT Services Sales Representative**

We are seeking a dynamic and driven IT Services Sales Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base. As an IT Services Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with English-speaking clients, understanding their IT needs, and presenting our comprehensive range of IT services to convert leads into valuable business partnerships. Your sales expertise and dedication will be essential in driving revenue growth and establishing our company as a preferred IT services provider.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, aligning our IT solutions to their specific business objectives.
- Present our diverse range of IT services, including [list the services you offer, e.g., software development, web design, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, etc.], in a persuasive and compelling manner.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections with a consultative and customer-focused approach.
- Collaborate with our technical team to develop customized proposals and solutions that cater to clients' unique IT challenges.
- Perform product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and value of our IT services.
- Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate insightful reports on sales performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the IT services industry to effectively communicate our competitive advantages to clients.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and a cohesive approach to client engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in IT services sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and accessible manner.
- Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive selling approach to win over clients.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service and building long-lasting client relationships.
- Solid understanding of IT services, technology trends, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for efficient lead management and sales tracking.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about contributing to the growth of the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
