**Role and Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), and WRT-RO (Water Recycling & Treatment - Reverse Osmosis) systems efficiently.
- Monitor plant operations to ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot issues in equipment and systems.
- Maintain accurate records of water quality parameters, plant performance, and maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new treatment systems.
- Coordinate with the team for periodic servicing and ensure mínimal downtime.
- Handle chemicals and dosing processes safely and as per guidelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering preferred.
- Basic knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes.
- Ability to operate and maintain treatment plant equipment effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in report preparation and record-keeping.
