- Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Greenfield Project Experience Position Mechanical Maintenance Manager Location Pochampalli Krishnagiri District Department Maintenance Reporting to Project Head Plant Head Key Responsibilities Responsible for installation commissioning and maintenance of all mechanical equipment in the Greenfield project phase and later during plant operations Develop and implement preventive predictive maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime Supervise erection and commissioning activities of machinery utilities and support equipment Coordinate with project design and vendor teams for smooth execution of Greenfield activities Ensure availability of spares consumables and critical tools for uninterrupted operations Troubleshoot breakdowns and provide quick cost-effective solutions Prepare and maintain technical documentation maintenance reports and compliance records Ensure adherence to safety standards statutory guidelines and environmental norms Drive continuous improvement initiatives in equipment efficiency and maintenance cost optimization Lead a team of technicians provide training and ensure skill development ETP STP Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of mechanical systems pumps compressors conveyors gearboxes rotating static equipment Hands-on experience in erection installation and commissioning of plant machinery Proficiency in preventive predictive maintenance tools TPM RCM CMMS etc Good understanding of utilities - boilers chillers HVAC piping water systems Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills Exposure to Greenfield brownfield project execution Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of safety practices statutory compliances and ISO standards Qualification Experience Diploma B E B Tech in Mechanical Engineering 10-20 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance Greenfield Project execution Other Requirements Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced project environments Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 80 000 00 - 130 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
