**Job Title: Full Stack Trainer (Python & Java)**

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and deliver **training sessions** on Python, Java, and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Spring Boot, Flask, Hibernate).
- Teach **frontend technologies** (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue).
- Guide learners through **real-world projects** and **hands-on coding sessions**.
- Create and update **training materials, assignments, and assessments**.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the **latest industry trends and technologies**.
- Mentor students for **placements, certifications, and practical problem-solving**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **1-2 years of teaching or training experience** in full stack development.
- Strong proficiency in **Python, Java, and relevant frameworks** (Django, Flask, Spring Boot, Hibernate).
- Experience with **frontend technologies**: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React/Angular/Vue preferred).
- Good knowledge of **databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)**.
- Familiarity with **REST APIs, version control (Git), and cloud basics (AWS/Azure/GCP)** is a plus.
- Excellent **communication, presentation, and mentoring skills**.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with **DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines**.
- Knowledge of **AI/ML basics or Data Science concepts**.
- Prior experience in **curriculum development or e-learning platforms**.
