As a Marketing Executive at URBX, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand presence and attract potential clients. **Responsibilities**:
1. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Analyze customer behavior and industry dynamics to inform marketing strategies.

2. Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.

3. Digital Marketing:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

4. Brand Building:

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's brand image.
- Work closely with the creative team to produce marketing collateral that reflects the brand identity.

5. Client Acquisition and Retention:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

6. Event Management:

- Coordinate and participate in promotional events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Organize and execute marketing events to increase brand visibility.

7. Communication and Reporting:

- Create compelling content for various communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, and website updates.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance for management review.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
