As a Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our printing and packaging solutions, with a particular focus on FMCG products. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify target markets, generate leads, and increase brand awareness for Alpha Pack Pvt Ltd.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Alpha Pack's printing and packaging solutions, with a specific focus on FMCG products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, providing them with the necessary information and support regarding our products and services.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, trade shows, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure that the packaging solutions meet the clients' requirements and expectations.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our printing and packaging solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and strategies.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the sales and marketing management team on the progress of marketing activities, sales pipeline, and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Graduation degree in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with a focus on product promotion and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other marketing tools.
- Familiarity with the printing and packaging industry will be an added advantage.
