**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate financial records and prepare journal entries, balance sheets, and income statements.
- **Month-End Closing**: Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial statements are accurate and timely.
- **Accounts Payable/Receivable**: Process invoices, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely payment of accounts.
- **Tax Preparation**: Prepare and file local, state, and federal tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- **Reconciliation**: Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations.
- **Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for management.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- **Export documents**

**Qualifications**:

- Professional degree in accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Should be able to use accounting software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
