**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Analysis**: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial forecasting to support decision-making processes.
**Budgeting and Planning**: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop annual budgets, financial plans, and forecasts. Monitor budget adherence and provide analysis on budget variances.
**Financial Reporting**: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
**Cost Management**: Analyze costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend strategies to optimize expenditure while maintaining operational efficiency.
**Cash Flow Management**: Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow projections, and provide recommendations to improve cash management practices.
**Financial Modeling**: Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, assess profitability, and support business decision-making.
**Risk Management**: Identify financial risks, assess their potential impact, and develop risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
**Stakeholder Communication**: Communicate financial information effectively to various stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external parties.
**Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and accuracy.
**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as accounting, treasury, and operations, to ensure alignment and accurate financial reporting.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is highly desirable.
**Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis roles. Experience in a mid-level finance position or similar capacity is preferred.
**Strong Financial Acumen**: In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, and financial modeling. Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations.
**Analytical Skills**: Proficient in conducting complex financial analysis, interpreting financial data, and presenting insights to support decision-making.
**Attention to Detail**: Meticulous with numbers, ensuring accuracy and precision in financial reporting and analysis.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present financial information and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
**Problem-Solving Abilities**: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose practical solutions.
**Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
