**A Day in the Life**:Programming Languages:
Proficiency in at least one programming language, often Python, Java, or C#, is essential for writing and maintaining automation scripts.

Automation Tools and Frameworks:
Experience with popular automation tools like Selenium, Appium, JUnit, or TestNG, and knowledge of different testing frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, Robot Framework) are crucial.

Test Design and Development:
The ability to design effective test cases, create automation scripts, and develop reusable test components is vital.

CI/CD and DevOps:

- Implementing an Automation Framework:

- Build and maintain the framework for running automated tests, including necessary libraries and tools..
- Creating, Enhancing, Debugging, and Running Test Cases:

- Develop and refine automated test scripts, debug any issues, and execute them to verify the functionality of the software.
- Analyzing Test Results and Reporting:

- Evaluate the outcomes of automated tests, identify any defects, and provide detailed reports to development teams.

**TECHNICAL SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM**:An individual contributor with responsibility in our technical functions to advance existing technology or introduce new technology and therapies. Formulates, delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals.
