Acting as the point of contact between the managing director and employees.
Handling requests and queries appropriately.
Produce reports, presentations and briefs. Monitoring company performance and making sure day to day business activities run smoothly
Devise and maintain office filing system
Source office supplies.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
We are a start up with close to 20 employees mostly female working from an apartment into online ecommerce business. Need a person who can play multiple roles of an HR, Admin, Manager and Personal assistant.
A person who can take care of the entire business.
Pay: ₹15,619.02 - ₹35,246.59 per month
