We are seeking a **qualified, dynamic, and passionate Academic Coordinator** to oversee academic operations, mentor teachers, and actively participate in classroom teaching to ensure engaging and effective learning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the **academic affairs** of the school on a daily basis.
- Ensure that **teachers perform their duties effectively** and maintain teaching standards.
- Regularly **check students’ notebooks, classwork, and lesson progress** to monitor teaching outcomes.
- Provide **constructive feedback, mentorship, and support** to teachers to help them improve their teaching techniques.
- **Teach selected classes** and demonstrate **interactive, student-centered, and engaging teaching methods**.
- Develop lesson plans, organise classroom activities, and implement innovative ideas to enhance learning.
- Plan and organize **academic events, competitions, and workshops** for students.
- Coordinate between management, staff, and parents to ensure smooth academic functioning.
- Handle academic challenges, conflicts, and disciplinary issues with fairness and professionalism.
- Ensure timely **completion of syllabus, assessments, and academic reports**.
- Introduce and encourage **creative teaching techniques** that make learning fun, practical, and impactful.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: Master’s Degree in any discipline.
- **Mandatory Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.).
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of teaching or academic coordination experience preferred.
- **Skills Required**:
