As a **Telecaller**, you will be responsible for **confirming orders** with our customers over the phone. You will be a part of customer service team to ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide **excellent customer service** and ensure that every customer experience is a positive one.
- Make outbound calls to customers to **confirm their orders.**:

- Verify customer information, shipping address, and order details.
- **Answer customer questions** regarding their order.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.
- Ensure that orders are **processed accurately and efficiently.**:

- Communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,001.00 - ₹15,001.00 per month
