**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries related to immigration services.
- Explain immigration processes and visa options clearly and professionally.
- Convert leads into walk-ins and appointments for counselors.
- Maintain records of telephonic interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the counseling and documentation team to ensure client needs are met.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-2 years of experience in telecalling within the immigration sector**.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet daily/monthly targets.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM handling).

**Benefits**:
