Responsible for carrying out governance related monitoring for outsourcing team within TransUnion CIBIL. Governance is intended to ensure compliance (internal & external) with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards that regulate Personal Information, as well as TransUnion business practices.

**What You'll Bring**:
**Responsibility 1 (Policy aspects)**:

- Defining & reviewing of policies & Standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
- Implementation of Governance framework.
- Outsourcing risk assessment a controls around the same.
- Adherence to TransUnion policies / SOP’s.
- Provide early warning signals.
- Conduct trainings.
- Automation of process.

**Responsibility 2 (Operational aspects)**:

- Track, Monitor and identify governance aspects for the outsourcing team.
- Drive control programs centrally across all functions.
- Developing and maintaining a continuous improvement approach to ensure processes and controls keep up with the changes.
- Maintaining of relevant governance related documentations.

**Impact You'll Make**:
**Experience and Skills**
- Company secretary / Master’s degree in Business Administration/ Analytics/ Governance/ Risks and Control profile or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to render recommendation on governance framework based on business requirements.
- Executive presence and assertiveness.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in environment that changes daily based on incoming work.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
- Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
- High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
