Graphic Designer Trainer

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training & Development**:

- Conduct engaging and comprehensive training sessions on graphic design tools and concepts, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma.
- Develop course content, training materials, and practical assignments to ensure hands-on learning.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance training quality.
- **Mentoring & Support**:

- Provide one-on-one mentorship to students, addressing their individual needs and queries.
- Guide students in building their design portfolios to showcase their skills effectively.
- Conduct regular assessments to track and evaluate students' progress.
- **Curriculum Design**:

- Develop and update graphic design course outlines to match industry standards.
- Incorporate real-world projects and case studies into the curriculum to enhance practical learning.
- **Industry Insight**:

- Share insights into industry best practices, career opportunities, and tools used in professional graphic design workflows.
- Help students prepare for job interviews, freelancing opportunities, and certifications.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other trainers and team members to ensure consistent and high-quality learning experiences.
- Provide feedback to improve the overall training program and student outcomes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Technical Expertise**:

- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and UI/UX design is a plus.
- **Training Skills**:

- Previous experience as a trainer, teacher, or mentor in the field of graphic design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Patience and a passion for teaching and guiding students.
- **Education & Experience**:

- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
- Certifications in Adobe Creative Cloud tools or related design software.
- Experience in handling live design projects and case studies.
