**Draftsman ( For construction company)** **Minimum 5-10 years of work experience with any reputed developer/Architect.** **Software - AutoCAD, Google Sketch up, MS Office, excel.** Education: Any graduate. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Senior Draftsman/Liaison** **Drawing Architect to lead the coordination of architectural drawings a**nd a pivotal role in ensuring our architectural projects adhere to local building codes and regulations, facilitating a smooth transition from design to construction. Having a detailed **knowledge of UDCPR & DCPR PMRA** /PMC jurisdiction. Worked with a construction company Good command of language for communication - **Checking of MD, WD, RCC & MEP drawings, etc.** **Working on new plot feasibility & Design & Drafting Furniture layout.** **Having a detailed knowledge of calculations of FSI** - Coordination between the architect, construction team and Liaisoning team. - Visiting the site regularly to ensure construction adheres to state regulations. - Ensuring no delay in project due to drawings - Creating progress reports, time schedules, **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Yearly bonus **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 5 years (preferred) Work Location: In person **Speak with the employer** +91 7058578140
