Graphic Designer

**Job description**

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in visually representing our brand, products, and services across various platforms. You will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that effectively communicate our messages to our target audience. This role requires a strong blend of artistic and technical skills, as well as an understanding of current design trends and best practices. **Responsibilities**:
Create visually appealing and impactful designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including print and digital advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, website banners, logos, infographics, presentations, and other collateral.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience, and translate them into compelling visual concepts.

Develop design concepts, layouts, and mock-ups using design software, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to established guidelines.

Produce high-quality graphics and artwork by using various design techniques, tools, and technologies.

Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software advancements, and best practices to continuously enhance design capabilities.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers or photographers, to ensure the successful production and delivery of design projects.

Prepare and present design concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.

Maintain a well - organised digital asset library and ensure proper file management and version control.

Uphold deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, either in-house or in an agency setting.

A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Corel Draw, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant tools.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

Familiarity with current design trends, techniques, and best practices across print and digital mediums.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
