**Job Description - Pharma Designer**

**Position**: Pharma Designer (Packaging/Branding)

**Department**: Marketing / Design

**Location**: Barwala Haryana

**Reporting To**: Marketing/Brand Manager

**Role Overview**:
**The Pharma Designer will be responsible for creating innovative, compliant, and visually appealing designs for pharmaceutical packaging, promotional materials, and branding. The role requires creativity along with an understanding of pharma regulations, packaging guidelines, and brand identity.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop designs for **pharmaceutical product packaging** (cartons, labels, blister packs, bottles, etc.) in compliance with **drug regulatory guidelines (DCGI, FDA, etc.)**.
- Create **visuals for marketing & promotional materials** including brochures, product catalogues social media posts, advertisements, and detailing aids.
- Collaborate with the **marketing, regulatory, and production teams** to ensure accuracy and compliance in all designs.
- Maintain **brand consistency** across packaging and promotional assets.
- Prepare **print-ready artworks** and coordinate with printing vendors for quality output.
- Adapt and localize designs based on **PCD/third-party pharma franchise requirements**.
- Stay updated on **industry trends, packaging innovations, and design tools** to bring fresh ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in **Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field**.
- **2-5 years of experience** in designing for the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of **Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDraw)**.
- Familiarity with **packaging guidelines, typography, and color standards**.
- Understanding of **pharma regulatory norms** (mandatory text, fonts, statutory warnings, MRP, batch details, etc.).
- Ability to **manage multiple projects** and deliver within deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a **creative mindset**.

Pay: ₹8,699.05 - ₹30,000.00 per month
