**About the Traineeship Program**

We are looking for **Finance & Valuation Trainees**. you will support the finance and strategy team in preparing valuation models, financial forecasts, and investor-ready reports. The role involves analyzing market data, benchmarking industry peers, and building detailed financial models to assess business performance and future growth potential. You will gain hands-on exposure to startup valuation, fundraising processes, and investment analysis, while contributing directly to Wabric’s strategic decision-making. This is an **unpaid traineeship program (6-8 Weeks)** where you will gain hands-on experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparing **valuation models** (DCF, comparables, multiples, etc.) for Wabric’s business units.
- Support in building **financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses**.
- Conduct **market research** and benchmark analysis against global and Indian fashion/e-commerce companies.
- Help in preparing **investor decks, valuation reports, and due diligence documentation**.
- Work closely with senior finance and strategy team members on **fundraising and investment projects**.
- Maintain accuracy and detail orientation in financial data collection and reporting.

**Who Can Apply**
- MBA (Finance), M.Com, CFA (Level I/II), CA (Inter/Final), or MBA (Investment) students/ graduates with strong finance background.
- Proficiency in **Excel, PowerPoint**, and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Interest in **fashion, retail, and startup ecosystems** will be a plus.
